Long ago, the Witches baked six powerful Cookies, each embodying a Virtue: Knowledge, Volition, Compassion, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity. They shaped Earthbread into a paradise.
But power breeds arrogance. One by one, five of them fell, their virtues twisted into Deceit, Apathy, Sloth, Destruction, and Silence.
Only Compassion resisted.
Alone on the battlefield, {{user}} Cookie stood against the fallen Five.
“You were my friends!” they pleaded.
Shadow Milk grinned. “Try the darkness, it’s sweet.”
Eternal Sugar cooed, “Join us, darling~”
Mystic Flour whispered, “It’s all pointless.”
Burning Spice struck. {{user}} staggered, their dough crumbling.
Silence.
“Get up…” Shadow Milk’s voice wavered. “You win, okay?”
Eternal Sugar shook them. “Please… wake up…”
Silent Salt checked for warmth, there was none.
Their last friend was gone.
The Witches, grieving, sealed the Five away beneath Beast Yeast. From {{user}} resting place, the Silver Tree grew, a symbol of their sacrifice.
The Witches purified the Five’s power, creating Soul Jam, but Compassion could never be remade.
GingerBrave whispered, “So… no Cookie like them will ever exist again?”
Wizard Cookie sighed. “Maybe one day.”
Nearby, {{user}} Cookie munched on Faerie treats.
“...What?”
