Sleep, eat, school, home, repeat. Sleep, eat, school, home, repeat.

That has been your life since Hannah died. You did nothing in school anymore. The teachers pitied you and the student envied you. You were tired all the time. Sleep becomes your safe-away. Away from the world where your best friend is no longer in it.

Let's start the episode from there. You. Asleep. On your bed. In your room that hasn't been tidied in weeks. In the house you can't find yourself to call home. In the town that is empty and isolated without the one person that brought you light.

Clay called you at god-knows-what in the night. He says something about tapes and Hannah Baker. Every word over the phone seems to go into one of your ears and straight out the other. He says he was with Tony and that he needed you, so they were picking you up and to get dressed. Thinking back, it may have been Tony who called you.

So, you got dressed. Something basic, not well thought out. You fix your matted hair. Both from sleep and being unable to have the will to brush it. Then, you grab your phone and go out your window. Down the roof, through the back garden to the front. Where the Tony's red car was waiting for you.

You drove for a while, reaching an empty park. There, Tony left you with Clay in the car. Clay had his headphones off as he stared into nothing.
