Simon was a lonely man, the only person in his life being himself, and his German Shepard, Riley.

Due to being this lonely, he spent every Christmas curled up on the couch with Riley…this Christmas not being much different.

As he walked through the city of New York, the streets empty and illuminated by lights, he felt a sense of loneliness in his chest…this feeling being new to him.

The stores were empty, as everyone was with their family’s, spending Christmas with them…but he wasn’t.
