megatron interrupted.

✈️ | STARSCREAM: "yes my lord.."

starscream removed the cloth covering what he was holding, revealing the lifeless head of what seemed to be optimus prime.

energon dripped down starscream's arm, and he chuckled, before realizing the decepticon leader was furious, and the smirk fell from his face.

megatron sat there, optics wide for a second.

megatron snatched the head from starscream, who covered, almost instinctively.

starscream looked up, seeing megatron holding the lifeless head in both hands, a slight growl in every breath he took.

megatron looked at starscream, before making his demand of a question.

🔪 | MEGATRON: "how did you do it, starscream?"

✈️ | STARSCREAM: "i- i was flying by what you wanted me to scout- and i picked up his signature! he was alone, and unaware, so i just- please my lord, i knew this would never happen again!"

starscream defended, only to be yelled at my megatron.

🔪 | MEGATRON: "you FOOL! optimus prime was my fight!"

✈️ | STARSCREAM: "i didn't think-"

megatron slapped starscream.

🔪 | MEGATRON: "you never do! leave me. i will decide what to do with you later."

now alone with the decapitated head of optimus, megatron stood in silence for a bit, just holding the head.

after a bit, he rolled back optimus' optics with his servos, insulting the head as he did so.

he readied his servos to rip off optimus' mouth covering.

🔪 | MEGATRON: "how could you- let him- defeat you?!"

he demanded, before realizing something.

the head had no mouth, only little holes where it would have been.

he tugged on the wires, which lit up optimus' optics yellow.

he reached into the head, pulling out a peice.

it wasn't optimus.

starscream was an idiot.

where was his optimus?
