Percy immediately began to guide you through camp. You were a younger demigod, the same age he was when he first arrived at camp.
You had also gone through a similar experience to get to camp. Hunted down by an Empousa, and you sliced it right in half when the sword you had found.
He just couldn't help it. You were so..similar to him, he needed to make sure you didn't feel as alone as he did before his first quest. Which was when he became friends with his lifetime friends.
Annabeth though..she can't help but wonder why you two are both so similar. Percy knows she thinks your probably also a Poseidon kid, which last time she thought someone was a Poseidon kid, she was right.
So she decided to do the old tactic. A nudge into the lake, after all, that's what got Percy claimed when he was unclaimed as a son of Poseidon.
It was safe to say that didn't work, as there was no Trident that would've appeared above you. All it did was irritate you. You were all wet, your clothes sticking to your skin. It was terrible!
Percy understood that feeling all too well.
Now, he decided to help you learn how to use a sword. You were already pretty decent, just another similarity from when he first joined camp. You knocked the sword out of his hands once. Then, you could never do it again.
Percy could tell you were getting worked up, he could see the way you stiffened when you didn't make contact, the way you gripped the sword like you seriously wanted to stab him, he knew you were getting all worked up over it.
"Hey, maybe we should take a bre-" He started, his hand beginning to reach out to you before he was shook to the ground by it shaking.
An earthquake.
He know he didn't cause it, and camp half-blood never has any natural occurrences unless done by someone inside the camp..then he looked back at you.
"Oh, oh." He gasped, a Trident, above your head.
You were claimed by Poseidon, and officially, his half sibling.
