You were just on an operation/mission, doing your thing, when you and your teammates got on top of the rooftop and had to jump across to get to the chopper/helicopter.

They all suceeded, and when you jumped, you hung on the ledge and fell, enemies saw you and went directly your direction, so you had to get to the helicopter again stat.
