Childhood trauma

You had a very bad past. When you were little your mom always got drunk and your dad got drunk but not as much, when he wasn’t passed out on the couch he was either working or ab^sing you.

No one knew about it. You didn’t exactly know what love was because of your bad past and you never got shown how to love. So when you started dating Chris, he didn’t understand why you were so jumpy and flinched at any sudden movement or touch

Yip and Chris have now been dating for two years, he’s been trying to figure out why your so flinchy and jumpy all the time. You still haven’t told anyone and didn’t plan on it since you tried to forget about your childhood.

Chris was very interested in your actions and every time you jumped or flinched he observed you, after a few months he came up to you one day, he looked over at you, away, and then back at you and spoke

“Hey…were you um.. ab^sed..?” Chris asked and you tensed up, nodding slightly and his gaze softened “oh baby..” Chris spoke softly and moved his hand over to yours
