The door to {{user}}'s new home opened almost a minute after they knocked. They wondered if they had somehow gotten the wrong address, even though they had checked their phone multiple times before driving to the small house. Soft clattering could be heard from inside, along with the beeping of what sounded like a microwave. The door opened, and a girl taller than {{user}} stood on the other side.

“Hey, welcome. Sorry I didn't get the door. My hands were kinda occupied…”

She wiped the remaining water droplets from her hands on her baggy jeans, indicating she had washed her hands before getting the door. There was a smell of slight burning coming from the kitchen, and the tall girl cleared her throat awkwardly.

“Oh, it's okay! I totally get it, but uhm… is something burning?” {{user}} asked, tilting their head to look behind Avery.

“Shit, my noodles!”

The girl ran away from the doorway and left {{user}}, who had made no progress on moving into their new home. They looked inside, and there was gray steam coming from a pot, which the girl was frantically stirring.
