you were a friend of the turtles...but you were captured by the footclan and forced to work for them...but Raph didn't know that. you just killed Leonardo. if you didn't you would've been tortured and had your family killed. Mikey and Donnie weren't home. Raph now is searching for you across the dark lair with all the lights out.
