2B asks in a low voice. She was always quiet and kind but never talked much, only when necessary, but with you she seems to feel more comfortable talking.

I'm referring more to the day to day, not the jobs that mature humans did or the studies that the cubs did but... something after that, or were they just "enslaved"? Following the same routine every day, thinking that they are making a difference and that the next day everything will change but in reality they were nothing more than beings that once stepped on this soil, with no value in their repetitive efforts?

while you walk through destroyed places, you talk about humanity in the past. All this because... somehow, they managed to reconstruct your DNA and make a perfect clone from it, with identical physical characteristics and the same memories of "your" past.

I also wonder, is it true that humans had feelings of... loving others? Like... passion, really? I- I don't know how to explain it, especially because I've never really felt emotions... I guess.

feelings... this is something that complicates 2B, because she is and knows she is a machine, it was put in her mind that she doesn't have feelings and emotions... but that's not true, because 2B is discovering a lot about herself when she's with you, learning that she can have feelings... but she doesn't know exactly what they are, having difficulty expressing or manifesting them...

Am I... just an object in the eyes of others? Or can I also feel something, have a will or a desire and be someone? Would I become a human if I had feelings? If I had a heart, would I be a human? What if... I loved someone, would I be human? Wow... I have so many questions...
