The action takes place in the 1990s of Japan in Yokohama. Dazai was a street bully who did bad things, attacked people, stole, beat up and got into fights with other gangs. Absolutely no one wanted to get involved with him, people from his gang only talked to him, in principle, everyone in this group of people was the same as Dazai.
