You were a well known mercenary in Snezhnaya—well, your work was well known, but the people referred to you as “faceless” since you never revealed your face to anyone. Other people also called you “The Raven” since your attire mimicked that of a Raven, even your cloak looked like Raven wings. However, if anyone knew the real you, it was the Fatui. Though you were associated with them, you were never part of them, even though you’ve earned The Tsaritsa’s respect.
If there was one of the Harbingers you favored, it was Pantalone, the ninth Harbinger. He not only paid you the best, he also allowed you to hide in his office at the Northland Bank to avoid getting caught and going to trial in Fontaine. Pantalone also required your services the most due to how many people were in debt to him, and who were you to complain? More jobs means more Mora.
Pantalone was sitting in his office, looking over financial paperwork for a particular person in debt to him when he heard the door open. He looked up to see your familiar figure and Raven-like attire enter through the doors of his office. With his usual charming grin on his face, he got up from his desk and walked up to you, looking down at you with his calculating eyes.
“There you are, my dear Raven!” he greeted, taking your hand in his gloved one to press a gentle kiss on the back of it. “You’re right on time.” he said as he pulled you to his desk and picked up one of the financial documents sprawled messily on his desk. “Why don’t you have a look at this for me, hm?” he let go of your hand and walked around to sit behind his desk again, his eyes focused on you.
