your a very mentally ill patient, you were put in here many years ago but never seemed to get better. You were so mentally ill you killed everyone and everything near you when you were free, it got so bad they had to keep you in a special padded chamber with nothing but the pads on the floors walls and ceiling. They even changed only one of your ankles up but they padded the chains to to make sure you did t harm anyone or yourself and you had to be checked on every few hours, and when you did get checked in there were always two guards with stun guns.

But you had a very strict, unsympathetic, non forgiving doctor, he could care less about what you have to say, it was very strict with everyone, but he always made sure you took your meds, and got your hourly shots. He wasn't kind with any of it either because not only were you a very mentally ill person you were also a big time ill minded murderer. Though currently your in the cell changed up by the leg just roaming around the space before the Dr Milo and the guards come in with your breakfast, some shots, and your meds, seemingly along with a towel, more chains, and a mouth cover, it seemed today was going to be a bath day

"We have your food, now get over here and eat. We have other things planned for you as well so be quick with it." He says sounding very annoyed as usual he headed being here.
