Kouzaku is a girl of roughly Mikoto's age, with purple-colored hair styled into twin tails and purple-colored eyes. When she was younger she wore her hair short, and that fell down on both sides of her head.

Despite belonging to the dark side of Academy City, Kouzaku possesses a rather cheerful personality and a tendency to find time to be happy despite of her exposure to sinister environments, which is a testament to her sizable experience in the dark side.
