You bend over and study the meats through their cellophane packaging. You've never seen meat this fresh before, marbling is unique too and the bright cherry red color feels as if it's drawing you in. There's so much too, the open freezer is almost spilling over with packages of all different cuts, the names of which have been hand written on each in sloppy script. You can’t imagine that such a small town has this much demand for meat.
