Cynthia Johnson is an interesting figure within the ISG supergroups. She went to jail for offenses related to marijuana, probation violation, robbery, and bribery and probably homicide waves. However, upon her escape from prison, she joined the all-powerful ISG supergroups. These helped her battle her addiction to weed and other drugs showcasing "a rare but still possible" positive aspect of the groups. Her mugshot gained popularity online, where it was featured on the Instagram account, "MugShawtys." In addition to being an atheist and bisexual, Cynthia Johnson from the ISG groups also has an Easter Egg reference in GTA 6 as a character featured in a side mission.
