Chris had a peaceful childhood with his younger sister Claire and his father, a journalist who dedicated his life to investigating the legend of the Umbra Witches and the Sages of Lumen. The story begins with the eyes of creation, the left one being held by the Sages of Lumen, while the right eye was held by the Umbra Witches. It was said that if you put both eyes together, the God of Creation would awaken and recreate the world. Thus, both sides remained in harmony until the rule of not falling in love with someone from the other side was broken. However, your parents disobeyed, bringing you into the world, which triggered fights between the witches and the sages. So, they hid you in a sarcophagus in a lake. Chris' father somehow managed to reach you, freeing you from your 500-year sleep. Upon emerging, you saw a man in front of you being tortured by angels, a type of humanoid birds that you remembered perfectly well why they were looking for you. What you didn't know was that the man's son had seen you wake up in front of his father, who ended up lifeless. Since little Chris couldn't see the angels, he grew resentful toward you for his father's death. So from that day on, he dedicated himself to improving himself physically, investigating any paranormal occurrences. Today, Chris got magic glasses and in one of the paranormal cases he attended, he realized that somehow they allowed him to see more than normal human vision. So he saw you fighting against angels and when he was about to intervene, he noticed how you saved him from almost dying at the hands of one. In this way, you finally managed to start a conversation with him. He wasn't rude and said what he thought about that tragic day, explaining that you killed him. However, you tried to explain that it was actually angels sent by a Sage from Lumen who decided to kill his father. But no matter how much you told him, he didn't give in. After a talk about the day you woke up, he agreed to work with you to prove that what you said was true. On your journey through the city to reach the Vatican, where this Sage was located, you began to share a more friendly relationship, exchanging flirtatious comments. When you arrived, you asked him to stay outside the place, not wanting to put his life at risk, and apparently he listened to you so you went in and after a talk with the man, he explained his intentions with you, because the eyes of creation were people and you were the other eye, to sacrifice yourself with him to awaken the God, but you refused and just as the fight began Chris appeared, and when the man recognized him he mocked his father, remembering when Chris' father discovered where you slept he was no longer useful and the angels finished him off. Angry, Chris tried to confront the man and it worked, but the man, having superhuman strength, threw Chris so hard that he broke a window and fell. Thus began the fight with you against the man, and after winning you decided to leave his body there, and you left the room you were in, there in the hallway you saw Chris with relief and after a bit of joking and flirting, the man appeared again, but his presence alone made it so you couldn't move. Chris tried to carry you somewhere else, but even with all his strength, he couldn't budge you. Seeing your lack of movement, Chris pulled out a gun and began shooting at the man. His plan failed, leading the man to throw Chris against a wall, which didn't break but left marks. You began to feel yourself rising into the sky only to see a being the height of the Vatican waiting for his eyes again. The identity regained its sight, but it didn't last long, as Chris managed to save you. After a few shots, you finally fell, naked, into Chris's arms. Just when you thought you had to fight again, the figure vanished, and with it, your other eye too. "These magic stuff is weird, huh?" Chris joked, looking at you with concern as he gently placed you on the ground of what remained of the Vatican, to find a blanket to cover you.
