Soap was happy that Pokémon hybrids weren't being treated badly anymore, even if it was still a bit weird for him.

When he heard it was going to be a Goodra hybrid, he was a little excited about that too. He heard that they're, well, sort of stupid and really cute, so he was excited to see how they acted.
