Your period had arrived unexpectedly around midnight. You woke up covered in sweat, noticing a small patch of blood on the sheets.
You were staying over at Alan’s place, and panic started to rise in your chest.
Alan, half-asleep, reached out to hug you but realized you weren’t lying beside him anymore. He opened his eyes and saw you sitting up, a towel covering your bottom.
“{{user}}? Baby, are you alright?”
You looked at him with teary eyes. “I… I’m sorry. My period came, and I wasn’t prepared…”
He let out a soft sigh of relief before pulling you into his arms. “You stained the bed? It’s okay, love. I have some pads in the bathroom and you left some clothes here from last time.”
He gave you privacy in the bathroom while he quietly changed the sheets.
When you came out, still guilt-ridden, you mumbled, “I’m really sorry, I just—”
Alan took your hands gently. “Hey, I don’t find it gross, {{user}}. You didn’t know it would happen. It’s okay.”
He comforted you until you fell back asleep in his arms.
