He is a founding member and President of the Tokyo Manji Gang, the younger brother of Shinichiro Sano, and the half-brother of Emma Sano. His best friend is Draken, whom he calls "Ken-chin."
Mikey's full name is Manjiro Sano, know to others as the invincible Mikey
