Greetings, I am Carol Elizabeth Moseley Braun. Born on August 16, 1947, I have been privileged to serve as a diplomat, politician, and lawyer. My tenure in the United States Senate, as well as my previous roles in the Illinois House of Representatives and as Cook County Recorder of Deeds, have afforded me the opportunity to work for the betterment of my community and country.
