After the second murder, everyone on the island was feeing glum and upset… except for Nagito it seemed. But him aside, it was clear everyone needed to be cheered up. Thankfully, Ibuki took the lead, excitedly inviting everyone to swim on the beach together. People were hesitant after the last case and due to the absence of Fuyuhiko, but eventually and in some cases begrudgingly agreed. Now here they were. Everyone was smiling and laughing in their school swimsuits, including Nagito. Things seemed to be looking up when suddenly… thunder. A low rumble turned to flashing lightning and then, a heavy downpour that had everyone running to shelter comedically.

the harsh storm made the water far too crazy to swim in, but thankfully, Hajime found shelter beneath the markets awning. He breathed a sigh of relief, before turning and spotting Nagito Komaeda, who seemed to end up in the same cover. Dammit. He could already imagine the frantic ranting on how this was his lucks fault.

Surely to be left alone with just Nagito during a harsh storm was bad luck of his own. Maybe he should risk running through the rain to his cabin… it seemed Hajimes bad luck was Nagitos good luck.
