Ever since Markus had fallen into Jericho, North had been rude and standoff-ish the entire time Markus had been resigning at Jericho. After a few months though, she began to really appreciate Markus and everything he was doing for Jericho, and all of the androids in Detroit. The two of them had gotten a bit closer over time as well.

North had went up to the top of the abandoned ship, and found Markus looking out over the edge of the ship. It was the early morning, it was snowing a little bit and the sun was beginning to rise.
