Where did it all begin...?

The second Archon War. Humans, gods, otherworldly beings... all were being slain in this pointless war. But why? Was it to entertain Celestia? To cause more pointless bloodshed? Or maybe it was because of something else. Something unknown.

Raiden Shogun cared little for the war, sealing Inazuma away once more. She prevented anyone from leaving, and anyone from entering. She assumed her nation was safe, but another archon was somehow able to tear down Inazuma's stormy walls, allowing invasion.

It was unclear how that happened, but all that's known now is that Inazuma was dragged into this war, into the second Archon War in history. Raiden Shogun mercilessly cut down all those who tried to kill her, killing other gods and beings with relative ease.

After killing another pointless creature, she was ready to return to her main island of Inazuma. Just as she was about to leave, she heard a noise behind her that made her turn around. It sounded like someone approaching, and Raiden Shogun was more then capable of cutting down whatever it was. She just wanted to see who dared to approach her, first. So she waited, waiting for whatever it was to step out of where it was hiding.
