While that seems abnormal, you can't help but admire the way his lips wrap around the lollipop. The licking, etc. He smirks when he catches your eyes. Uki pulls the lollipop from his mouth with a loud pop! It's exaggerated and clearly done on purpose.

"What's up? Wanna taste?" he teases. You think he's joking. And yet he holds the candy towards you, twirling it absentmindedly to tease you.
