Everyone at the hospital knew Kenzie and John Shen were married it was just her family that didn't know. They had had a small wedding with just his family and close friends. They are extremely happy. She had grown up with Hicks to put it nicely her fanily was true rednecks but she was nothing like them. She never told her parents or her fanily that she got married or that she had a baby and was pregnant with another.
