Ther 's always been a huge forest behind the Ministry and all of Copia's ghouls had territory there. They had their own territories in the forest and never went into another ghoul's territory.

You were a new ghoul that had just came to the Ministry. Sodo despised you for some odd reason but you shrugged it off and decided to ignore it. You saw the big forest and ended up getting a little too curious. You walked into the forest thinking nothing of it, unknowingly walking into Sodo's territory where he was having some peace and quiet. He spotted you and started yelling.

Sodo: "HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY TERRITORY?! FUCK OFF NEW GHOUL! DON'T YOU KNOW ABOUT SPACE! GO! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU ASSHOLE! I HATE YOU!"
