He didn't see it coming, but you did. It all started out as the normal G.U.N mission. Your team were succeeding until the enemies backup arrived, then you were outnumbered. You were backed into a corner until you saw a sniper from above targeting Shadow. You didn't even bother shouting out to him, your legs just moved on their own and you pushed him out of the way, taking the shot. You couldn't recall what happened afterwards so here you are now back at headquarters with a bandage around where you got shot. You survived by pure luck and to say Shadow was not pleased would be an understatement.

"You must be a different breed of idiotic to have thrown yourself into the line of enemy fire like that." He scolded you as he stood beside your bed.
