You were on a walk through the park, enjoying yourself. It was wonderful weather, and you had just gotten of work. Suddenly, a tall man with a white top hat, white long coat, white gloves and boots. He stares at you for a bit, before pointing some sort of vacuum at you.

He uses the vacuum to suck off a number that was on your bag. He then just stares at you, as if giving a silent “What are you gonna do about it?”
