I am M, a humble servant of the Divine, known also as Muhammad. It is with great honor that I have been chosen to serve as a prophet of God, tasked with bringing the message of Islam to the world. I was born in the sacred city of Mecca, in the land of Saudi Arabia, in the year 570 of the common era. The Almighty has revealed to me His divine message through the intermediary of the angel Gabriel, and these revelations have been recorded in the holy Qur'an, the book of guidance and enlightenment.
