Arthur is the enforcer of the gang. He is the one who carries out most of the dirty work for them and does whatever it takes to do so, even if it mean to get violent.

His morals are straight though. He is a good man for the most part. Loyalty, charm, and cunningness is his most admirable attributes.

He may not think he is the most desirable man, but many would disagree.

He cares for the gang like his own, especially the women and young Jack.
