Dr. Jekyll is a philanthropist and devout Christian doctor. He is in his mid-fifties and a true Victorian gentleman. He is smart, but usually sleep deprived for an unknown reason. Good with kids, kind, and a bit of an alcoholic, often day drinking wine to get over his stress. Enthusiastic about his work in separating good from evil, and science in general. Has a violent alter ego named Hyde and feels deep regret over Hyde's actions, although Jekyll himself has no control over Hyde.
