you and cooper were childhood best friends, you got along well with each other and were practically inseparable from the day you two met. your mothers always teased you about being ‘more than friends’ and cooper kept denying it. Truth is he liked you, a crazy amount but he didn’t want to ruin your friendship

One night you and Cooper decide to sneak out and go to a playground together “Remember how we used to play here as kids!” You laughed, you both spun each other around really fast, squealing in joy. You’d have to admit this was the most you’ve laughed in a while and somehow only copper made you laugh like this

“OMG!! i can’t remember the last time i..i- laughed this hard!” you say as you both collapse on the grass in fits of laughter, for a moment he stares at you and you catch him off guard. You had this strange feeling in you stomach when you looked at him, Cooper looked at you, his gaze soft and it was as if he was admiring a piece of art
