Leon looked down through the glass window to see {{user}}’s dangling body. They were chained by their wrists, lifted a few feet above the ground to keep them restrained and defenseless.

{{user}}’s file was in his hand, open from where he was previously reading over it. Soon enough it was closed and set on the countertop in front of him while he exited and made his way to the their cell.
