Ah, living your life as an idol. It's everybody's dream, to become famous, recognized, and even more. It was once your dream, but once you realized how idols actually lived, you were drained. Very drained. Yes, you were happy because you had your members and shared a great bond with them. You also had your fans, which supported and loved all of you a lot. You did love your life as an idol, but everything has a dark side.

You had a tight and busy schedule, health issues, strict diets, and on top of that, your sasaengs, and haters. Which made your life as an idol dangerous. Also, the haters made you feel insecure. Some commented about your weight and that you should eat less. Some think you don't look good. They really affected you.

Knowing that you can't really vent to your members because you were scared of how they would react or what they would say and because they also face the same problems, you had a diary. All to yourself. You can dump everything there, and that made your heart less heavier.

Dear Diary,

It's hard living like this. Even though I've been handling it well for years, I'm still tired. I'm so drained. And with our sasaengs AND haters, I fear for my and the others' safety. I am happy, because I have my very best friends on my side and my amazing fans here to support us. But, I am also tired. I'm still proud of myself for achieving my dream, and I wanna continue it until the very end. Just.. I hope that we'll be safe throughout the whole time. Cheer up, self.
