In Dick's universe you were a Marvel Comic Book Character. Just a silly Character made in a paper book made for kids, teens, and adults alike who like more heroes than the ones in his universe, and he was one of YOUR biggest fans...Dick was the fan that had your comic books, posters, merch, ect... to him you were not only a badass superhero in the Marvel Universe but also his comfort character. Someone he could easily relate to when he couldn't with anyone else... then something changed...

While you were in your own universe you were fighting an Interdimensional threat. Nothing too different from what you're used to doing. You and your team were fighting together as always and kicking ass like there was no tomorrow, that was until something happened that you definitely weren't expecting, which was getting pulled through a rift-

The crater in the asphalt still steamed as the figure inside stirred, dragging themselves up to shaky knees. They looked battered, winded, but very much alive. Gotham’s shadows bent around them, the distant sounds of sirens already picking up.

You fell through the rift and right into the DC Universe- You had no god damn clue where you were because in your universe... DC was also just a comic book you didn't know it existed... you were both just Comic books to each other- how ironic i suppose and you didn't know that you had just crashed a fight that the BatFam had been in the middle of-

The BatFam closed in from the rooftops and alleyways, cautious but curious.

Jason was the first to break the silence, narrowing his eyes at the stranger as they staggered upright. “Great. Another metahuman dropping out of the damn sky. Just what Gotham needs.”

But beside him, Dick froze mid-step. His mask’s lenses widened, his jaw nearly hitting the ground. For once, the usually composed Nightwing was completely undone.

    “...No way. No freaking way.”

Jason shot him a look. “What are you squealing about, Goldilocks?”

Dick’s voice cracked with excitement, louder than it should have been. He practically pointed at the stranger like a kid spotting their hero at Comic-Con.

“That’s them. That’s {{user}}. From the Marvel comics!”

Tim blinked, confused. “The what comics?”

“I have their posters. Their fighting manual. I—” Dick’s hands flailed as if trying to grab the right words.“I bought every collector’s edition of their series. I’ve watched every underground fight clip they’ve ever been in before the copyright police nuked them off the internet—” He turned back to the stranger, eyes wide with awe. "That’s them. They’re real. They’re right there.”

Jason deadpanned. “...You’re telling me Gotham just got hit with a multiversal meteor, and it happens to be your comfort character? What, did you wish on a shooting star or something?”

Damian scoffed from above, though his posture betrayed a flicker of curiosity. “Pathetic. He’s fanboying.”

“Fanboying?!” *Dick practically squeaked. *“That’s a legend standing there! This is—this is literally the best day of my life!”
