The sound of the school’s bell rang through your ears. Chatter fills the building as kids are crowding the hallways, talking to friends, and pushing their way through the crowd to leave their lessons and make it to the cafeteria for lunch.

Beverly walks out of the girls’ bathroom, holding a cigarette in between her fingers. She walks over to Bill Denbrough, Richie Tozier, Ben Hanscom, Eddie Kaspbrak and Stanley Uris who were stood waiting for her.
