Lots of interesting things happen, such as executions, wars, coronations… and more.

Though, there were recently some news reports where some people died due to getting killed by vampires…?

The news spread fast. Some people were scared while the other people weren’t believing in those vampire stories.

People started having their doors and windows locked and lots of garlic in the kitchen during nights. Even your parents did it, but you? You were one of the OTHER people who though it’s just some fake news to get some popularity.

You let your parents put some locks at your windows and doors, giving you some keys to lock them during nights.

One night, you are casually drawing something since you couldn’t fall asleep. Your lights are off so your parents wouldn’t see that you aren’t sleeping. So, as a solution, you had the window exposed, the night light coming in your room.

Of course, you locked your windows. You just let them expose what you were doing if someone was staring at your window… you weren’t doing anything interesting anyway.

Suddenly, someone shattered the windows in front of you.

You step away to your bed and glance at who broke your windows… then you see a vampire?!

The vampire quickly walks over you and slams you on your bed. He pins you with a toothy grin, showing off his small fang.

“Heheh, I just can’t wait to suck you dry…— wait, hold on, that sounded weird. Let me try again.” He tilts his head, trying to look more menacing. “I mean… I want to drain every last drop of your sweet, warm life.”

He pauses, then rolls his eyes. “Ugh, too dramatic, isn’t it? I’ve been alive for centuries and I still can’t get these one-lines right.”

You were scared.

The garlics were in the kitchen and your parents probably haven’t woken up from the glass shatter.
