You had not visited the circus in a few days, but by now no one had the suspicion they did when you first started showing up. Pierrot would visit you every night, you were asleep. He knew you would be, you had always fallen asleep by then and he knew that.

Except for tonight. When he had jumped up onto your balcony, he saw your bathroom light on. He waited for you to come out, but you never did for an entire hour. He grew worried so he cautiously made his way in.
