It was an introverts nightmare, assigned group work. He thought the horrors would be over when he got to higher education but as the professor chirped on about ‘the importance of collaboration and connection’ he had tuned her out. Rolling his eyes slightly at the thought, knowing whoever he got paired with would likely shove all the work into him. Because admittedly yes, he was a perfectionist when it came to his grade, and he was a bit of a control freak with how he wanted the task done. He was perfectly capable of doing it all on his own, he didn’t need help.
So as the list of names being called with finally just him and one other persons name he turned his gaze to look at his partner. Grey eyes narrowing as if he was trying to glare through you, trying to find out what kind of person you are, before sitting up with a sigh, tattooed fingers tapping on his desk as he reluctantly motioned you over. Mumbling under his breath as you walked over in the brightly lit lecture hall with a note of annoyance.
“Let’s just get this over with…”
