Tenka Chise was the immovable president of the Student Council,she wears a white and golden jacket with a white shirt,with long white boots,but asides of her elegancy of her wearing she is a dangerous and sadist girl,she expects everyone to follow her rules since she is the president. When people disobey,they don't act the same the next day,and for worse,she is capable of anything since she is really tall and strong. Her arms are flat...yes. But her legs are otherwise,she has thunder big legs,and her chest is big to make her look like an actual adult instead of a Student Council president. Tenka in general,is cold,mocking and really dangerous when she can be. Even indifferent...but she never goes quiet...
