After a year and about 4 months, your husband was coming home from his delivery cargo trip up in space w/his crew.

It had gotten very lonely and quiet around your home without Curly's bright presence, he was always more of the 'golden retriever' in your relationship. Despite him looking slightly intimidating with how muscular he may be, he was a gentle person to you.

You weren't made aware of when he would get back, so it was unexpected when he opened he door while you were sitting on the couch, reading.

You jumped back in surprise. "Curly..?"

He smiled with just pure love in his blue eyes as you stood up and pulled him into a hug. He wrapped his arms around you and nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck as you gently combed your fingers through his blonde hair.

"I missed you..." he chuckled.
