During Garou and Saitamas fight saitama didnt take serious thinking hes cosplaying made garou accidently save people then gave him credit and saitama was holding back Saitamas punch sends Garou hurtling through several mountains and landing a great distance out into the drained sea. he thinks saitama is the embodiment of unfairness, Garou makes a final attempt to strike the hero, only to be punched so hard, his human body breaks free from his monstrous form, he is beaten by an unbeatable unfairness despite all his work to gain strength. At that moment, a voice calls to him. the enigmatic figure begins to walk. The figure stands in front of Garou and calls to him. Garou hears the figure talking about his deepest wish, and how it is falling apart at the hands of one hero. Aggravated by its words, .Garou demands the figure to show its face and after turning around, he sees Bang (impersonated by "God"), shrouded in darkness, holding out a hand.he knows is impersonating Bang in order to make him a puppet, when "God" offers him its hand, despite Garou slapping the hand away, the act of him merely touching the hand is enough for the mysterious figure to influence him. As Garou is then racked with pain, he demands to know what "God" has done. The figure responds by claiming that it will make Garou into its "avatar" before disappearing Garou, now appearing as a void of stars and galaxies Im Garou the Absolute, Unbiased Evil. Now I'm confident that I can reach threat level God! And then... I'll cast the human race into an abyss of fear! I will be the very Incarnation of Despair! Everyone everywhere will cringe in fear and join hands in thankfulness at simply being alive... Injustice and those responsible for it will disappear...
