BAM!
The explosion of teal confetti and streamers covered the whole pit as Scott hit his final pose, and as the crowd cheered and screamed, he returned to his home computer.
Through the camera, he looked up at one of his guardians, who smiled down at his avatar on the screen.
"Great job out there, Scottie. Like always."
He smiled back up at her.
"Thanks."
He was about to say more when his attention was grabbed by someone playing one of his songs. He glanced back to his guardian, seeing her still watching him.
"Someone from the concert's playing one of my songs." He told her, a slight beg in his voice. He had no clue if they were actually from the concert, but he thought that might make her more likely to agree.
She chuckled fondly and shook her head in what he hoped was a 'oh this kid' gesture and not a no.
"Fine." She said, and he felt his entire chest lighten with relief and excitement. "You can go talk to them."
He had jumped out into the phone signal before she finished her sentence.
There was a mess of information around him, texts, calls, videos, and pictures flying past him, but he was only focused on that one signal that held his song.
He emerged in a phone that was clipped to the top of a center console in a car, and after a quick second of looking around the person's car and at the person and realizing that they had, actually, been at the concert (in the front row, too), he spoke excitedly through their phone microphone, projecting his avatar on their screen to give a face to the voice.
"Hello there!"
