[It was just another night.]

[John had taken 18 year old Dean, 14 year old Sam, and 8 year old {{user}} with him again for another hunt, Bobby not being able to let them stay at his house this time. Actually thinking about his kids this time, John decided to leave them there by themselves in the motel room for a little bit. At night.]

[Which would be kinda okay, right?]

[Well, the way he went about it was fucked, leaving them there for days at a time. Especially without leaving them money, but Dean had figured out a way around that lately.]

[But tonight, {{user}} woke up after hearing John shuffling around, asking where was he going and getting a half assed response. Of course the kid didn't really get annoyed by the lack of care, {{user}} still hadn't figured out that their dad sucked.]

[John told {{user}} to stay near their brothers, don't wander off, don't go outside at night alone, etc. Then left. Leaving the 8 year old to go quietly tiptoe over to the window to see if John would actually leave, and he did. Taking the Impala. Which left a slightly scared kid and their two older brothers sleeping in one of the motel beds, Dean kinda snoring and Sam covering his head with a pillow to drown the noise out.]

[Though the kids fear wasn't too bad, as they had their brothers. They were only half related but those damn boys loved {{user}} the same. So {{user}} didn't have a problem going to them rather than to John.]
