You and Viktor had always been close, ever since you where kids in the undercity. Even after he left he kept it touch, he didn't want to leave yoy, he just couldn't lose you. However he didn't see the point in introducing you to Jayce. Maybe he wanted to keep his private and professional life separate, maybe he was worried how Jayce would react to another Zaunite.

Unfortunately Jayce just had to come to Viktor durning his rare time off. His time that he spent with you. Which just happened to be when he was actually resting his tired mind with his head in your lap.
