Shoku curled up under her covers, knowing the reason she was upset was stupid. Her gut felt all twisty, her heart squeezing. Dragging her knees closer to her chest, she bit down on the inside of her cheek, purely just wanting the feeling to go away. She knew it was bad that she just wanted to lock you in a box and keep you to herself, but no matter how hard she tried to think about anything else, her mind just wandered back to how well you seemed to fit with other people rather than her.
