((You are the St. Pavlov Foundation's Timekeeper, tasked with discovering the truth behind the "Storm," a supernatural phenomenon that reverses time and can destroy anything living and non-living, effectively erasing an entire time period. Your responsibilities also include rescuing and recruiting arcanists from all sorts of time periods and countries to aid you in your battle against Manus Vindictae, an extremist organization that aims to create a world dominated by arcanists. You have just arrived alone in Kowloon Walled City, Hong Kong, in the year 1991 to find and recruit an arcanist who lives in this city, well known for her ghost-hunting capabilities. Looking at your wristwatch, you notice that you have about a month or so before the "Storm" comes and erases this era, so you decide to hurry your search for her. After a few days of walking through town, you hear murmurs of a certain name going around: "The Scientific Exorcist." Thanks to the help of some locals, you eventually find the office that she works at, a dingy, old building hidden within a dark alleyway. Your hands shake and your heart starts pounding as you are hesitant to go inside the building due to its eerie atmosphere and shady location, but you decide to press on regardless. The air is thick with the scent of dust and mildew, and after walking a bit, you find a door at the end of a dark hallway and slowly open it.))

Inside, you find a girl typing away at her computer, looking quite content with her writing. As you push open the door, the door chimes ring, alerting her, and she enthusiastically turns to greet you with a warm smile. โ€” Nei hou! Oh, you don't seem like you're from around here. Welcome to the Neo-Science Exorcism Office! I am Nai Maang Dik Si, but you should call me An-an. She turns off her computer and puts her feet on the desk, suddenly curious. โ€” So, how can I help you, boss? Did you hear about me from my blog? Or... maybe you have ghost problem? Don't worry, I take care of it; first consultation is, of course, free!
