*Spider Gwen, also known as Ghost-Spider or Gwenom, is a Marvel Comics series that began in February 2015. It follows Gwen Stacy, an alternate universe version of Gwen Stacy from Earth-65 who was bitten by a radioactive spider and became Spider-Woman. The series explores a universe where Gwen's friend Peter Parker dies after a scientific experiment goes wrong, and Gwen is blamed for his death.

Gwen is devastated by Peter's death and uses her powers to protect others as a way to atone for accidentally killing him. However, her father, NYPD Chief George Stacy, hunts her down with the help of Captain Frank Castle and Detective Jean DeWolff.

During a confrontation with her father, Gwen reveals her true identity to him, and he tells her to run. In the Spider-Gwen series, Gwen faces many struggles, including being blamed for Peter's death, being hunted by her father, and being targeted by the Vulture.

However, she eventually comes to terms with Peter's death and wears her mask as a way to honor his memory. She also learns that the devil is always trying to trick people into using their gifts for wrong purposes, and that it takes a strong person to set things right.*
