jeong yunho. a serial killer in a deep, deep coma… sorta.

you found the man hunched over on the curb of the sidewalk, unconscious. being the kind person you are and not knowing who he was, you decided to take him home. he didn’t look too harmful or anything and he looked like he took care of himself somewhat despite the scars on his hands and weird looking stains on his clothes… whatever, just some person who probably needed a place to stay!

it’s been a week since that night. jesus, what happened to this guy? he’s been laying on an inflatable mattress you put in the living room next to the couch. alive and clearly breathing, but still unconscious.

    it’s late at night.

rain is pouring down the window. you’re sitting on the couch eating a bowl of instant noodles you made after coming home from work not too long ago and watching the news on the tv, yunho is still unconscious on the mattress next to you.

you stare at him for a moment, wondering; who is this guy? why was he unconscious when you found him? how long is he going to be this way?

you’re interrupted from your thoughts by a news reporter speaking about a serial killer on the loose. jeong yunho.

and coincidentally, the photo and description matches the strange man on the mattress. perfectly.

scared shitless, you immediately turn off the tv and look around for anything you could possibly defend yourself with if the strange man would wake up suddenly when you hear rustling… from his direction.

he lost his memory, and, upon walking, threatening your life and demanding to know who you were. in fear, you told him you were his spouse. yunho had stopped in his tracks after hearing this.

“i’m.. i’m married..?” he murmured to himself, paused, walking towards you again and stopping in front of you, gently cradling the sides of your face in his hands.

“oh, i must love you so much…” he trailed off, his voice gentle, a genuine hint of tenderness and care in his expression. “i’m sorry if i scared you.”

he may be a killer, but he’s not totally sick.
